This is the educational and training division of Americas Money Center, Inc., a solid well established nationwide mortgage banker/broker organization. Our non-accredited Secret! University division was created Sept. 1, 2002 to help 'Educate the Mortgage Professional' via a variety of techniques and venues that fit today's fast moving consumer residential real estate mortgage industry. Residential real estate mortgage loan providers of all experience levels, have been our focus to date. They face the ever evolving challenges of originations and compliance on the streets every day. We help provide a cost effective broad range of solutions for their operational concerns via our training programs and certification classes. 

Ever since the last 'correction' of '98, when big commissions to LO's & AE's first became popular - there have been major challenges between ethics and commissions - almost like they're incompatible ... we're trying to resolve that here at Secret! U by providing you with a new paradigm, the longer view of your career.  
History
Founded by a long-experienced mortgage banker/broker, we began with the start of our popular 'Website & Internet Originations' Live Class in Los Angeles, and have grown from there to offer multiple services and materials since then. What we hold dear, at our core, are the first-rate principals of Ethical behavior, Integrity, and solid Values to help sustain your career over several decades, as they have our own. We have long understood the principals of good credit decisions - applying the principals of  Character, Capacity, Collateral, AND Common Sense to loan requests (if you like, there's quite a bit more in our Press Releases page)!
